Calgary City Council and Basic Income

Basic Income Calgary is asking City Councillors and the Mayor to support and advocate for basic income. The motion asks Councillors and the Mayor to connect with provincial and federal elected leaders and official opposition to discuss and plan a Canadian basic income program. Many Canadian City Councils have passed similar motions to advocate for basic income.
